EasyBase Transfer provides local and long-distance moving services.
Very pleased with the move. They were quick, careful, and respectful of my belongings. Knocked one star off for a slightly confusing billing process but the service itself was great.
The estimate was spot-on with no hidden fees at the end. The movers were polite and efficient. They finished a three-bedroom apartment in under five hours. Incredibly impressive.
Moved across three state lines and they were with me every step of the way. Constant communication, careful handling, and delivered on the exact day promised.

Moving is ranked as one of the most stressful life events, but after my experience with EasyBase Transfer moving me from Jacksonville, FL to Richmond, VA, I think that ranking needs to be revisited. The entire process was so smooth and well-organized that I actually enjoyed the experience. Carlos and his crew arrived at 8:00 AM and they were all business — in the best way possible. They came in, assessed the situation, and created a game plan on the spot. They designated one person to handle the kitchen, one to handle the bedrooms, and Carlos took charge of the living room and all the large furniture. They moved in perfect synchronization, calling out to each other as they passed in the hallway. My reclining sofa, which I was sure would not fit through the front door, was expertly maneuvered by Carlos using furniture sliders and a rotating technique. At the new place in Richmond, VA, they were just as meticulous. They protected my new floors with cardboard runners, padded the door frames, and placed every item exactly where I pointed. They reassembled my bed frame, my desk, and my bookshelves, and took all the packing materials away. The cost was $2,800 for a one-bedroom long-distance move, very competitive. EasyBase Transfer is worth every penny. Brittany Sanchez
Everything arrived intact and ahead of schedule. The crew was polite, efficient, and even helped move a few extra items not on the original list. Above and beyond service.
Overall a really positive experience with EasyBase Transfer. The movers were careful, professional, and worked efficiently. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that the truck arrived about twenty minutes late, but the crew made up for it with their speed once they got started. Frankie, the crew chief, was apologetic about the delay and kept the team moving at a good pace. Everything arrived in perfect condition and the final price was exactly as quoted — $3,100 for my two-bedroom move from Miami, FL to Oakland, CA. They wrapped all my furniture, were respectful of my home, and placed everything in the right rooms at delivery. I would definitely use EasyBase Transfer again and recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable moving company. Danielle Hall
Great service from a friendly and hardworking crew at EasyBase Transfer. They wrapped all my furniture carefully and handled my fragile boxes with extra attention. There was a minor communication delay with the dispatch office on the morning of the move, but Andre and the actual movers were excellent and more than made up for it. Everything was delivered on time and in great shape from Philadelphia, PA to Los Angeles, CA. The price was competitive at $2,700 and there were no hidden fees. I would happily book EasyBase Transfer again for my next move. Solid four stars. Mark Rodriguez

I recently moved from Omaha, NE to Miami, FL with EasyBase Transfer and I cannot say enough good things about them. From the very first phone call, their customer service team was responsive, patient, and completely transparent about pricing. They gave me a binding estimate that did not change on moving day — no hidden fees, no surprise charges. The crew, led by Paulie, showed up right on time at 8 AM with a clean truck and all the equipment they needed. Paulie introduced himself and his team, laid down floor protectors in my hallway, and immediately got to work wrapping every single piece of furniture in moving blankets and stretch wrap. I was particularly worried about my grandmother's antique dining table, and Paulie personally made sure it was padded with extra blankets and custom cardboard corner protectors. My entire two-bedroom apartment was loaded in under three hours, and Paulie did a final walk-through with me to confirm nothing was left behind. During the drive, the driver called me with updates on his ETA. When they arrived at my new place in Miami, FL, they unloaded everything just as carefully. Every box was placed in the correct room, my furniture was reassembled, and they even helped position my couch exactly where I wanted it. Not a single item was damaged. The final bill was exactly what was quoted — $3,200. EasyBase Transfer is the most professional moving company I have ever worked with. Megan Moore
I recently moved from Boston, MA to Austin, TX with EasyBase Transfer and I cannot say enough good things about them. I have moved six times in the past decade and this was hands down the best experience. The quote was accurate, the crew was friendly, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Truly five-star service.
Reliable service at a fair price from EasyBase Transfer. The crew was polite, worked hard, and finished faster than the estimated time. Communication from the office could have been a bit more responsive in the days leading up to the move, but on moving day everything went smoothly. Junior and his team were careful with all my items from Orlando, FL to Denver, CO. All my items arrived safely and the crew was friendly throughout. The final price was $2,600. I would recommend EasyBase Transfer to anyone. Anjali Roberts
I am not someone who writes reviews, but after my experience with EasyBase Transfer moving me from Santa Ana, CA to Jersey City, NJ, I felt I owed it to other people who are searching for a trustworthy moving company. I had a complicated move — a two-bedroom apartment that included a home gym with heavy weights, a large collection of vinyl records, and several pieces of mid-century modern furniture. Carlos and his team handled every single item with a level of care that went above and beyond what I expected. The vinyl records alone took up about 30 boxes, and Carlos made sure each box was loaded flat and secured so the records would not warp. My mid-century credenza was wrapped in three layers of moving blankets, corner-protected with cardboard, and then shrink-wrapped. The home gym weights were loaded on the bottom of the truck to create a stable base. These guys clearly know what they are doing. Delivery in Jersey City, NJ was on time, and the crew placed every item exactly where I wanted it. Total cost: $2,950 for about 1,800 cubic feet. Fair, transparent, and exactly as quoted. Zero damage. Zero stress. I cannot recommend EasyBase Transfer strongly enough. Laura Ramirez
Moving is ranked as one of the most stressful life events, but after my experience with EasyBase Transfer moving me from Long Beach, CA to Sacramento, CA, I think that ranking needs to be revisited. The entire process was so smooth and well-organized that I actually enjoyed the experience. Frankie and his crew arrived at 8:00 AM and they were all business — in the best way possible. I am writing this review because I want everyone to know how incredible EasyBase Transfer is. My move from Fort Worth, TX to Washington, DC was handled with a level of professionalism that I did not know existed in the moving industry. Marcus, the crew chief, called me the night before to confirm the arrival time and answer any last-minute questions. The team showed up at exactly 8 AM in a clean, well-maintained truck. They introduced themselves, shook my hand, and asked me to walk them through the house. I have a lot of fragile items — crystal vases, framed artwork, a grandfather clock — and Marcus assured me they would take extra care with each one. Every fragile item was individually wrapped in packing paper and then bubble-wrapped before being placed in a double-walled box. My grandfather clock was padded so heavily it looked like it was wearing a winter coat. The crew loaded my entire two-bedroom apartment in about three hours and did a final walkthrough. Delivery in Washington, DC happened two days later, right on schedule. The unloading crew was equally impressive — careful, respectful, and quick. They laid down runners on my hardwood floors and corner guards on the door frames. I inspected every item and found zero damage. The bill was exactly as quoted: $3,450, no hidden charges. I have already recommended EasyBase Transfer to three coworkers. Noah Davis
Reliable service at a fair price. The crew was polite, worked hard, and finished faster than expected. Communication from the office could be a bit better, but the actual move was great.
Good movers who clearly know what they are doing at EasyBase Transfer. They packed everything carefully and loaded the truck efficiently. The only small issue was that a bolt went missing during the disassembly of my bed frame, but Ray apologized and replaced it on the spot from a hardware kit they carry. That kind of preparedness says a lot about the company. My move from Jersey City, NJ to Philadelphia, PA went smoothly and cost $2,900. Would use EasyBase Transfer again. Megan Cook
My family and I just completed our move from Austin, TX to Seattle, WA with EasyBase Transfer, and I felt compelled to write this review because the service was genuinely exceptional. Moving with three kids under the age of ten is chaotic enough, but the crew made the physical part of the move completely painless. Victor was the crew lead, and he was fantastic with my kids — he cracked jokes, let them "help" carry light boxes, and kept the mood light. But these guys are serious professionals. They wrapped every piece of furniture in quilted moving blankets and secured them with stretch wrap. My leather sectional sofa came out without a single mark. They took apart my kids' bunk beds, labeled every piece, and reassembled them perfectly at the new house. The truck was loaded with incredible efficiency — Victor told me he has been loading trucks for over ten years, and it showed. Delivery happened exactly when they said it would, and the crew in Seattle, WA was just as good. They worked around my toddler's nap schedule and even offered to help me set up my nursery furniture. The final bill was $4,300, exactly as quoted. Not one item was broken, scratched, or lost. If you want a moving company that treats your family and your belongings with genuine care, EasyBase Transfer is the one. Betty Perez
After being burned by a different moving company last year, I was extremely cautious about who I hired for my move from Charlotte, NC to Austin, TX. I did extensive research, read dozens of reviews, and ultimately chose EasyBase Transfer based on their consistently high ratings and transparent pricing. That decision paid off in every possible way. The office staff was responsive from day one — they answered all my questions, provided a detailed binding estimate, and never pressured me into buying services I did not need. On moving day, Carlos and his three-person team arrived at 8:30 AM and got straight to work. I was particularly impressed by how they handled my specialty items. I have a vintage pinball machine that weighs over 300 pounds, and Carlos knew exactly how to secure it for transport. He used furniture sliders to get it out of my basement, wrapped it in multiple layers of moving blankets, and strapped it securely to the wall of the truck. They also took great care with my king-size bed frame, disassembling it carefully and bagging all the hardware. The drive to Austin, TX took about a day and a half, and the driver checked in with me regularly. When they arrived, the unloading was just as careful. Total cost was $3,900, within $50 of the original estimate. This is what a professional moving experience should look like. EasyBase Transfer has restored my faith in moving companies. Aiden Hughes
