The best money I have ever spent on a move. The crew was efficient, friendly, and incredibly careful. My wine collection and artwork arrived in perfect condition. Truly grateful.

Showed up on time and got it done

The entire team was incredibly respectful of our home and belongings. They wore shoe covers inside, laid down floor protection, and cleaned up after themselves. Exceptional.

Would use them again without hesitation

Overall a really positive experience with QuickBase Transfer. The movers were careful, professional, and worked efficiently. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that the truck arrived about twenty minutes late, but the crew made up for it with their speed once they got started. Frankie, the crew chief, was apologetic about the delay and kept the team moving at a good pace. Everything arrived in perfect condition and the final price was exactly as quoted — $3,100 for my two-bedroom move from Kansas City, MO to Washington, DC. They wrapped all my furniture, were respectful of my home, and placed everything in the right rooms at delivery. I would definitely use QuickBase Transfer again and recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable moving company. Charlotte Evans

I will never use another moving company

I am not someone who writes reviews, but after my experience with QuickBase Transfer moving me from Boston, MA to Colorado Springs, CO, I felt I owed it to other people who are searching for a trustworthy moving company. I had a complicated move — a two-bedroom apartment that included a home gym with heavy weights, a large collection of vinyl records, and several pieces of mid-century modern furniture. Sam and his team handled every single item with a level of care that went above and beyond what I expected. The vinyl records alone took up about 30 boxes, and Sam made sure each box was loaded flat and secured so the records would not warp. My mid-century credenza was wrapped in three layers of moving blankets, corner-protected with cardboard, and then shrink-wrapped. The home gym weights were loaded on the bottom of the truck to create a stable base. These guys clearly know what they are doing. Delivery in Colorado Springs, CO was on time, and the crew placed every item exactly where I wanted it. Total cost: $2,950 for about 1,800 cubic feet. Fair, transparent, and exactly as quoted. Zero damage. Zero stress. I cannot recommend QuickBase Transfer strongly enough. Derrick Thompson

Professional, careful, and incredibly efficient

I will keep it simple: QuickBase Transfer is the only moving company I will ever use again. My move from Richmond, VA to Staten Island, NY was supposed to be a nightmare — I was selling my house, the buyer was pushing for a quick close, and I had not finished packing when moving day arrived. But Jamal and his crew showed up, took one look at the chaos, and immediately took control. They brought extra boxes and packing supplies, and within thirty minutes they had organized my partially-packed rooms into a system. Jamal assigned two team members to finish packing my kitchen while he and another crew member started loading the already-boxed items. They worked in parallel and it was incredibly efficient. Despite the last-minute nature of my move, they never once made me feel bad about not being ready. Jamal just said, "Don't worry, we've got you," and they absolutely did. They loaded my entire three-bedroom house in about five hours, including my piano and my glass display cabinet. Not a single item was damaged in transit. When they arrived in Staten Island, NY, they unloaded everything into the rooms I specified, helped me set up my bed frame so I had a place to sleep, and even moved my refrigerator into the kitchen and leveled it. The final cost was $3,500 — exactly what was quoted. QuickBase Transfer saved me on what could have been a terrible day. Derrick Hill

Impressed beyond words with the entire experience

Moving cross-country is always stressful, but QuickBase Transfer made my relocation from Omaha, NE to Atlanta, GA an absolute breeze. I got quotes from five different companies and QuickBase Transfer was the most competitive on price at around $4,500 for my full three-bedroom household, and they were the only ones that sent a representative for an in-person estimate. On moving day, a four-person crew led by Devon arrived fifteen minutes early and immediately got to work. Each team member had a specific role, and they communicated constantly to make sure everything was handled efficiently. Devon took personal responsibility for wrapping my 65-inch TV, my glass coffee table, and my wife's piano, making sure each was fully protected for the long haul. They loaded the truck with incredible precision — Devon explained that proper loading prevents shifting during transit. When my belongings arrived in Atlanta, GA six days later, everything was in perfect condition. The delivery crew was just as professional — they called ahead, arrived on schedule, and unloaded everything with the same level of care. The entire process was seamless and the final cost matched the estimate perfectly. If you are moving long-distance, call QuickBase Transfer. Andre Perry

Reliable service at a fair price. The crew was polite, worked hard, and finished faster than expected. Communication from the office could be a bit better, but the actual move was great.

Handled my entire home with precision and care

I will keep it simple: QuickBase Transfer is the only moving company I will ever use again. My move from Virginia Beach, VA to Washington, DC was supposed to be a nightmare — I was selling my house, the buyer was pushing for a quick close, and I had not finished packing when moving day arrived. Handled my entire home with precision and care

My family and I just completed our move from Las Vegas, NV to Washington, DC with QuickBase Transfer, and I felt compelled to write this review because the service was genuinely exceptional. Moving with three kids under the age of ten is chaotic enough, but the crew made the physical part of the move completely painless. Andre was the crew lead, and he was fantastic with my kids — he cracked jokes, let them "help" carry light boxes, and kept the mood light. But these guys are serious professionals. They wrapped every piece of furniture in quilted moving blankets and secured them with stretch wrap. My leather sectional sofa came out without a single mark. They took apart my kids' bunk beds, labeled every piece, and reassembled them perfectly at the new house. The truck was loaded with incredible efficiency — Andre told me he has been loading trucks for over ten years, and it showed. Delivery happened exactly when they said it would, and the crew in Washington, DC was just as good. They worked around my toddler's nap schedule and even offered to help me set up my nursery furniture. The final bill was $4,300, exactly as quoted. Not one item was broken, scratched, or lost. If you want a moving company that treats your family and your belongings with genuine care, QuickBase Transfer is the one. Mason Lopez

Not a single scratch on anything

As a military family, we have moved eleven times in the last twenty years. Our recent move from Oakland, CA to Nashville, TN with QuickBase Transfer was, hands down, the best moving experience we have ever had. Junior was our crew chief, and he ran the operation like a seasoned logistics officer. He arrived with a pre-loaded inventory sheet on a tablet, walked through our house room by room, and tagged every item with a numbered sticker. Every item was accounted for at pickup and at delivery — nothing was lost. The crew packed our kitchen with surgical precision. Every dish was wrapped individually, glasses went into cell boxes, and our cast iron cookware was stacked carefully. Junior personally handled my husband's gun safe — a 400-pound beast that most movers refuse to touch. He had the right equipment, took his time, and got it out without damaging a single door frame. The truck arrived in Nashville, TN on the exact date promised, and the delivery crew worked with the same efficiency. The total cost was $4,800 for a full-service, four-bedroom move with packing included. If you are a military family looking for a mover who respects your belongings and your time, call QuickBase Transfer. Miguel Gutierrez

From the first call to the last box, perfection

Moving is ranked as one of the most stressful life events, but after my experience with QuickBase Transfer moving me from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Queens, NY, I think that ranking needs to be revisited. The entire process was so smooth and well-organized that I actually enjoyed the experience. Frankie and his crew arrived at 8:00 AM and they were all business — in the best way possible. They came in, assessed the situation, and created a game plan on the spot. They designated one person to handle the kitchen, one to handle the bedrooms, and Frankie took charge of the living room and all the large furniture. They moved in perfect synchronization, calling out to each other as they passed in the hallway. My reclining sofa, which I was sure would not fit through the front door, was expertly maneuvered by Frankie using furniture sliders and a rotating technique. At the new place in Queens, NY, they were just as meticulous. They protected my new floors with cardboard runners, padded the door frames, and placed every item exactly where I pointed. They reassembled my bed frame, my desk, and my bookshelves, and took all the packing materials away. The cost was $2,800 for a one-bedroom long-distance move, very competitive. QuickBase Transfer is worth every penny. Barbara Torres

The crew went above and beyond in every way

After being burned by a different moving company last year, I was extremely cautious about who I hired for my move from Bakersfield, CA to Tucson, AZ. I did extensive research, read dozens of reviews, and ultimately chose QuickBase Transfer based on their consistently high ratings and transparent pricing. That decision paid off in every possible way. The office staff was responsive from day one — they answered all my questions, provided a detailed binding estimate, and never pressured me into buying services I did not need. On moving day, Eddie and his three-person team arrived at 8:30 AM and got straight to work. I was particularly impressed by how they handled my specialty items. I have a vintage pinball machine that weighs over 300 pounds, and Eddie knew exactly how to secure it for transport. He used furniture sliders to get it out of my basement, wrapped it in multiple layers of moving blankets, and strapped it securely to the wall of the truck. They also took great care with my king-size bed frame, disassembling it carefully and bagging all the hardware. The drive to Tucson, AZ took about a day and a half, and the driver checked in with me regularly. When they arrived, the unloading was just as careful. Total cost was $3,900, within $50 of the original estimate. This is what a professional moving experience should look like. QuickBase Transfer has restored my faith in moving companies. Patricia Cox
