NoBrainer Movers provides local and long-distance moving services.
Booked them for a cross-country move. Everything was wrapped carefully, packed tightly, and delivered on time. The driver even called ahead to confirm arrival. Highly recommend.
Reliable service at a fair price from NoBrainer Movers. The crew was polite, worked hard, and finished faster than the estimated time. Communication from the office could have been a bit more responsive in the days leading up to the move, but on moving day everything went smoothly. Diego and his team were careful with all my items from Santa Ana, CA to Queens, NY. All my items arrived safely and the crew was friendly throughout. The final price was $2,600. I would recommend NoBrainer Movers to anyone. Steven Roberts
I am not someone who writes reviews, but after my experience with NoBrainer Movers moving me from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Denver, CO, I felt I owed it to other people who are searching for a trustworthy moving company. I had a complicated move — a two-bedroom apartment that included a home gym with heavy weights, a large collection of vinyl records, and several pieces of mid-century modern furniture. Luis and his team handled every single item with a level of care that went above and beyond what I expected. The vinyl records alone took up about 30 boxes, and Luis made sure each box was loaded flat and secured so the records would not warp. My mid-century credenza was wrapped in three layers of moving blankets, corner-protected with cardboard, and then shrink-wrapped. The home gym weights were loaded on the bottom of the truck to create a stable base. These guys clearly know what they are doing. Delivery in Denver, CO was on time, and the crew placed every item exactly where I wanted it. Total cost: $2,950 for about 1,800 cubic feet. Fair, transparent, and exactly as quoted. Zero damage. Zero stress. I cannot recommend NoBrainer Movers strongly enough. Amber Gonzalez
Very happy with how my move went with NoBrainer Movers. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. They laid down floor protection and wore shoe covers, which I really appreciated. I am docking one star because the scheduling process was slightly confusing at first, but the office staff resolved it quickly and the actual move day was smooth. Ray was the crew lead and he was great — friendly, careful, and fast. My move from Fort Worth, TX to Orlando, FL cost $2,500, which was fair. Good value for a quality service. Andre Green
From packing to delivery, every step was handled with professionalism. The team wrapped my flat screen TVs with custom padding. Nothing was scratched or dented. Amazing service.
As a military family, we have moved eleven times in the last twenty years. Our recent move from Fort Worth, TX to Kansas City, MO with NoBrainer Movers was, hands down, the best moving experience we have ever had. Diego was our crew chief, and he ran the operation like a seasoned logistics officer. He arrived with a pre-loaded inventory sheet on a tablet, walked through our house room by room, and tagged every item with a numbered sticker. Every item was accounted for at pickup and at delivery — nothing was lost. The crew packed our kitchen with surgical precision. Every dish was wrapped individually, glasses went into cell boxes, and our cast iron cookware was stacked carefully. Diego personally handled my husband's gun safe — a 400-pound beast that most movers refuse to touch. He had the right equipment, took his time, and got it out without damaging a single door frame. The truck arrived in Kansas City, MO on the exact date promised, and the delivery crew worked with the same efficiency. The total cost was $4,800 for a full-service, four-bedroom move with packing included. If you are a military family looking for a mover who respects your belongings and your time, call NoBrainer Movers. Isabella Clark
I cannot believe how efficiently they packed our truck. Not a single inch of space was wasted and nothing shifted during transport. True professionals at work.
I recently moved from Dallas, TX to Denver, CO with NoBrainer Movers and I cannot say enough good things about them. From the very first phone call, their customer service team was responsive, patient, and completely transparent about pricing. They gave me a binding estimate that did not change on moving day — no hidden fees, no surprise charges. The crew, led by Ray, showed up right on time at 8 AM with a clean truck and all the equipment they needed. Ray introduced himself and his team, laid down floor protectors in my hallway, and immediately got to work wrapping every single piece of furniture in moving blankets and stretch wrap. I was particularly worried about my grandmother's antique dining table, and Ray personally made sure it was padded with extra blankets and custom cardboard corner protectors. My entire two-bedroom apartment was loaded in under three hours, and Ray did a final walk-through with me to confirm nothing was left behind. During the drive, the driver called me with updates on his ETA. When they arrived at my new place in Denver, CO, they unloaded everything just as carefully. Every box was placed in the correct room, my furniture was reassembled, and they even helped position my couch exactly where I wanted it. Not a single item was damaged. The final bill was exactly what was quoted — $3,200. NoBrainer Movers is the most professional moving company I have ever worked with. Katherine Martin
Everything arrived intact and ahead of schedule. The crew was polite, efficient, and even helped move a few extra items not on the original list. Above and beyond service.
The best money I have ever spent on a move. The crew was efficient, friendly, and incredibly careful. My wine collection and artwork arrived in perfect condition. Truly grateful.
I will keep it simple: NoBrainer Movers is the only moving company I will ever use again. My move from Memphis, TN to Atlanta, GA was supposed to be a nightmare — I was selling my house, the buyer was pushing for a quick close, and I had not finished packing when moving day arrived. But Dwight and his crew showed up, took one look at the chaos, and immediately took control. They brought extra boxes and packing supplies, and within thirty minutes they had organized my partially-packed rooms into a system. Dwight assigned two team members to finish packing my kitchen while he and another crew member started loading the already-boxed items. They worked in parallel and it was incredibly efficient. Despite the last-minute nature of my move, they never once made me feel bad about not being ready. Dwight just said, "Don't worry, we've got you," and they absolutely did. They loaded my entire three-bedroom house in about five hours, including my piano and my glass display cabinet. Not a single item was damaged in transit. When they arrived in Atlanta, GA, they unloaded everything into the rooms I specified, helped me set up my bed frame so I had a place to sleep, and even moved my refrigerator into the kitchen and leveled it. The final cost was $3,500 — exactly what was quoted. NoBrainer Movers saved me on what could have been a terrible day. Camila Robinson
Moving is ranked as one of the most stressful life events, but after my experience with NoBrainer Movers moving me from Bakersfield, CA to Jacksonville, FL, I think that ranking needs to be revisited. The entire process was so smooth and well-organized that I actually enjoyed the experience. Carlos and his crew arrived at 8:00 AM and they were all business — in the best way possible. They came in, assessed the situation, and created a game plan on the spot. They designated one person to handle the kitchen, one to handle the bedrooms, and Carlos took charge of the living room and all the large furniture. They moved in perfect synchronization, calling out to each other as they passed in the hallway. My reclining sofa, which I was sure would not fit through the front door, was expertly maneuvered by Carlos using furniture sliders and a rotating technique. At the new place in Jacksonville, FL, they were just as meticulous. They protected my new floors with cardboard runners, padded the door frames, and placed every item exactly where I pointed. They reassembled my bed frame, my desk, and my bookshelves, and took all the packing materials away. The cost was $2,800 for a one-bedroom long-distance move, very competitive. NoBrainer Movers is worth every penny. Tyler King
The best money I have ever spent on a move. The crew was efficient, friendly, and incredibly careful. My wine collection and artwork arrived in perfect condition. Truly grateful.
Very pleased with the move. They were quick, careful, and respectful of my belongings. Knocked one star off for a slightly confusing billing process but the service itself was great.
After being burned by a different moving company last year, I was extremely cautious about who I hired for my move from Portland, OR to Dallas, TX. I did extensive research, read dozens of reviews, and ultimately chose NoBrainer Movers based on their consistently high ratings and transparent pricing. That decision paid off in every possible way. The office staff was responsive from day one — they answered all my questions, provided a detailed binding estimate, and never pressured me into buying services I did not need. On moving day, Luis and his three-person team arrived at 8:30 AM and got straight to work. I was particularly impressed by how they handled my specialty items. I have a vintage pinball machine that weighs over 300 pounds, and Luis knew exactly how to secure it for transport. He used furniture sliders to get it out of my basement, wrapped it in multiple layers of moving blankets, and strapped it securely to the wall of the truck. They also took great care with my king-size bed frame, disassembling it carefully and bagging all the hardware. The drive to Dallas, TX took about a day and a half, and the driver checked in with me regularly. When they arrived, the unloading was just as careful. Total cost was $3,900, within $50 of the original estimate. This is what a professional moving experience should look like. NoBrainer Movers has restored my faith in moving companies. Rachel Cook

The team arrived with a smile, worked nonstop, and treated every item with care. Pricing was transparent with no surprises. This is the only moving company I will ever use.
The entire team was incredibly respectful of our home and belongings. They wore shoe covers inside, laid down floor protection, and cleaned up after themselves. Exceptional.

I am writing this review because I want everyone to know how incredible NoBrainer Movers is. My move from Austin, TX to San Diego, CA was handled with a level of professionalism that I did not know existed in the moving industry. Frankie, the crew chief, called me the night before to confirm the arrival time and answer any last-minute questions. The team showed up at exactly 8 AM in a clean, well-maintained truck. They introduced themselves, shook my hand, and asked me to walk them through the house. I have a lot of fragile items — crystal vases, framed artwork, a grandfather clock — and Frankie assured me they would take extra care with each one. Every fragile item was individually wrapped in packing paper and then bubble-wrapped before being placed in a double-walled box. My grandfather clock was padded so heavily it looked like it was wearing a winter coat. The crew loaded my entire two-bedroom apartment in about three hours and did a final walkthrough. Delivery in San Diego, CA happened two days later, right on schedule. The unloading crew was equally impressive — careful, respectful, and quick. They laid down runners on my hardwood floors and corner guards on the door frames. I inspected every item and found zero damage. The bill was exactly as quoted: $3,450, no hidden charges. I have already recommended NoBrainer Movers to three coworkers. Susan Price
