LoadNGo Services

Had a complicated move with a storage unit stop in between. They coordinated everything perfectly. Not a single hiccup. This company clearly knows what they are doing.

From packing to delivery, every step was handled with professionalism. The team wrapped my flat screen TVs with custom padding. Nothing was scratched or dented. Amazing service.

They truly live up to their name. Dependable from the first call to the last box. Everything was on time, on budget, and handled with care. Could not recommend more highly.

LoadNGo Services did a solid job moving our three-bedroom apartment from Seattle, WA to Queens, NY. The crew was polite, worked hard, and took care with our belongings. A couple of boxes got slightly dented in transit but nothing inside was damaged. The price was competitive and there were no hidden fees. Paulie, the foreman, was organized and kept everything on track. I would recommend LoadNGo Services to friends and family without hesitation. Total cost was $3,400. Good value for the quality of service. Kenneth Rodriguez

My family and I just completed our move from Indianapolis, IN to Baltimore, MD with LoadNGo Services, and I felt compelled to write this review because the service was genuinely exceptional. Moving with three kids under the age of ten is chaotic enough, but the crew made the physical part of the move completely painless. Tommy was the crew lead, and he was fantastic with my kids — he cracked jokes, let them "help" carry light boxes, and kept the mood light. But these guys are serious professionals. They wrapped every piece of furniture in quilted moving blankets and secured them with stretch wrap. My leather sectional sofa came out without a single mark. They took apart my kids' bunk beds, labeled every piece, and reassembled them perfectly at the new house. The truck was loaded with incredible efficiency — Tommy told me he has been loading trucks for over ten years, and it showed. Delivery happened exactly when they said it would, and the crew in Baltimore, MD was just as good. They worked around my toddler's nap schedule and even offered to help me set up my nursery furniture. The final bill was $4,300, exactly as quoted. Not one item was broken, scratched, or lost. If you want a moving company that treats your family and your belongings with genuine care, LoadNGo Services is the one. Liam Smith

I am writing this review because I want everyone to know how incredible LoadNGo Services is. My move from San Antonio, TX to Indianapolis, IN was handled with a level of professionalism that I did not know existed in the moving industry. Mike, the crew chief, called me the night before to confirm the arrival time and answer any last-minute questions. The team showed up at exactly 8 AM in a clean, well-maintained truck. They introduced themselves, shook my hand, and asked me to walk them through the house. I have a lot of fragile items — crystal vases, framed artwork, a grandfather clock — and Mike assured me they would take extra care with each one. Every fragile item was individually wrapped in packing paper and then bubble-wrapped before being placed in a double-walled box. My grandfather clock was padded so heavily it looked like it was wearing a winter coat. The crew loaded my entire two-bedroom apartment in about three hours and did a final walkthrough. Delivery in Indianapolis, IN happened two days later, right on schedule. The unloading crew was equally impressive — careful, respectful, and quick. They laid down runners on my hardwood floors and corner guards on the door frames. I inspected every item and found zero damage. The bill was exactly as quoted: $3,450, no hidden charges. I have already recommended LoadNGo Services to three coworkers. Anjali Phillips

Moved from a four-bedroom house and I was dreading it. But these movers made it feel easy. They were fast, organized, and genuinely nice people. Highly recommend without reservation.

I am writing this review because I want everyone to know how incredible LoadNGo Services is. My move from Austin, TX to Memphis, TN was handled with a level of professionalism that I did not know existed in the moving industry. Junior, the crew chief, called me the night before to confirm the arrival time and answer any last-minute questions. The team showed up at exactly 8 AM in a clean, well-maintained truck. Very happy with how my move went with LoadNGo Services. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. They laid down floor protection and wore shoe covers, which I really appreciated. I am docking one star because the scheduling process was slightly confusing at first, but the office staff resolved it quickly and the actual move day was smooth. Frankie was the crew lead and he was great — friendly, careful, and fast. My move from Omaha, NE to San Jose, CA cost $2,500, which was fair. Good value for a quality service. Valentina Adams

Moving cross-country is always stressful, but LoadNGo Services made my relocation from Staten Island, NY to Fort Worth, TX an absolute breeze. I got quotes from five different companies and LoadNGo Services was the most competitive on price at around $4,500 for my full three-bedroom household, and they were the only ones that sent a representative for an in-person estimate. On moving day, a four-person crew led by Marcus arrived fifteen minutes early and immediately got to work. Each team member had a specific role, and they communicated constantly to make sure everything was handled efficiently. Marcus took personal responsibility for wrapping my 65-inch TV, my glass coffee table, and my wife's piano, making sure each was fully protected for the long haul. They loaded the truck with incredible precision — Marcus explained that proper loading prevents shifting during transit. When my belongings arrived in Fort Worth, TX six days later, everything was in perfect condition. The delivery crew was just as professional — they called ahead, arrived on schedule, and unloaded everything with the same level of care. The entire process was seamless and the final cost matched the estimate perfectly. If you are moving long-distance, call LoadNGo Services. Lucas Allen

As a military family, we have moved eleven times in the last twenty years. Our recent move from Austin, TX to Kansas City, MO with LoadNGo Services was, hands down, the best moving experience we have ever had. Mike was our crew chief, and he ran the operation like a seasoned logistics officer. He arrived with a pre-loaded inventory sheet on a tablet, walked through our house room by room, and tagged every item with a numbered sticker. Every item was accounted for at pickup and at delivery — nothing was lost. The crew packed our kitchen with surgical precision. Every dish was wrapped individually, glasses went into cell boxes, and our cast iron cookware was stacked carefully. Mike personally handled my husband's gun safe — a 400-pound beast that most movers refuse to touch. He had the right equipment, took his time, and got it out without damaging a single door frame. The truck arrived in Kansas City, MO on the exact date promised, and the delivery crew worked with the same efficiency. The total cost was $4,800 for a full-service, four-bedroom move with packing included. If you are a military family looking for a mover who respects your belongings and your time, call LoadNGo Services. Katherine Edwards

Great service from a friendly and hardworking crew at LoadNGo Services. They wrapped all my furniture carefully and handled my fragile boxes with extra attention. There was a minor communication delay with the dispatch office on the morning of the move, but Victor and the actual movers were excellent and more than made up for it. Everything was delivered on time and in great shape from Las Vegas, NV to Staten Island, NY. The price was competitive at $2,700 and there were no hidden fees. I would happily book LoadNGo Services again for my next move. Solid four stars. Steven Rivera

Everything arrived intact and ahead of schedule. The crew was polite, efficient, and even helped move a few extra items not on the original list. Above and beyond service.

The crew was energetic and positive all day long, even during a hot summer move. Never complained, always smiled, and worked incredibly hard. Truly exceptional people.

These guys were phenomenal. Showed up early, worked fast, and not a single item was damaged. The crew lead walked through everything with me before and after. I was blown away by the professionalism.
