The entire process was so smooth and well-organized that I actually enjoyed the experience. Diego and his crew arrived at 8:00 AM and they were all business — in the best way possible. They came in, assessed the situation, and created a game plan on the spot. They designated one person to handle the kitchen, one to handle the bedrooms, and Diego took charge of the living room and all the large furniture. They moved in perfect synchronization, calling out to each other as they passed in the hallway. My reclining sofa, which I was sure would not fit through the front door, was expertly maneuvered by Diego using furniture sliders and a rotating technique. At the new place in Louisville, KY, they were just as meticulous. They protected my new floors with cardboard runners, padded the door frames, and placed every item exactly where I pointed. They reassembled my bed frame, my desk, and my bookshelves, and took all the packing materials away. The cost was $2,800 for a one-bedroom long-distance move, very competitive.
