They took apart my kids' bunk beds, labeled every piece, and reassembled them perfectly at the new house. The truck was loaded with incredible efficiency — Jamal told me he has been loading trucks for over ten years, and it showed. Delivery happened exactly when they said it would, and the crew in Los Angeles, CA was just as good. My move from Houston, TX to Arlington, TX was handled with a level of professionalism that I did not know existed in the moving industry. Dwight, the crew chief, called me the night before to confirm the arrival time and answer any last-minute questions. The team showed up at exactly 8 AM in a clean, well-maintained truck. They introduced themselves, shook my hand, and asked me to walk them through the house. I have a lot of fragile items — crystal vases, framed artwork, a grandfather clock — and Dwight assured me they would take extra care with each one. Every fragile item was individually wrapped in packing paper and then bubble-wrapped before being placed in a double-walled box. My grandfather clock was padded so heavily it looked like it was wearing a winter coat. The crew loaded my entire two-bedroom apartment in about three hours and did a final walkthrough. Delivery in Arlington, TX happened two days later, right on schedule. The unloading crew was equally impressive — careful, respectful, and quick. They laid down runners on my hardwood floors and corner guards on the door frames. I inspected every item and found zero damage. The bill was exactly as quoted: $3,450, no hidden charges.
