From packing to delivery, every step was handled with professionalism. The team wrapped my flat screen TVs with custom padding. Nothing was scratched or dented. Amazing service.
These guys were phenomenal. Showed up early, worked fast, and not a single item was damaged. The crew lead walked through everything with me before and after. I was blown away by the professionalism.
Really good movers. Hardworking guys who got the job done. They were a bit slow on the stairs but no complaints about how they treated my stuff. Would use again.
Four stars because one of the guys showed up a bit late, but once they got started it was great. Careful with everything and very professional attitude overall.
Moving cross-country is always stressful, but Stevens Van Lines made my relocation from Miami, FL to Raleigh, NC an absolute breeze. I got quotes from five different companies and Stevens Van Lines was the most competitive on price at around $4,500 for my full three-bedroom household, and they were the only ones that sent a representative for an in-person estimate. On moving day, a four-person crew led by Diego arrived fifteen minutes early and immediately got to work. Each team member had a specific role, and they communicated constantly to make sure everything was handled efficiently. Diego took personal responsibility for wrapping my 65-inch TV, my glass coffee table, and my wife's piano, making sure each was fully protected for the long haul. They loaded the truck with incredible precision — Diego explained that proper loading prevents shifting during transit. When my belongings arrived in Raleigh, NC six days later, everything was in perfect condition. The delivery crew was just as professional — they called ahead, arrived on schedule, and unloaded everything with the same level of care. The entire process was seamless and the final cost matched the estimate perfectly. If you are moving long-distance, call Stevens Van Lines. Carol Young
I will keep it simple: Stevens Van Lines is the only moving company I will ever use again. My move from Los Angeles, CA to Nashville, TN was supposed to be a nightmare — I was selling my house, the buyer was pushing for a quick close, and I had not finished packing when moving day arrived. But Tommy and his crew showed up, took one look at the chaos, and immediately took control. They brought extra boxes and packing supplies, and within thirty minutes they had organized my partially-packed rooms into a system. Tommy assigned two team members to finish packing my kitchen while he and another crew member started loading the already-boxed items. They worked in parallel and it was incredibly efficient. Despite the last-minute nature of my move, they never once made me feel bad about not being ready. Tommy just said, "Don't worry, we've got you," and they absolutely did. They loaded my entire three-bedroom house in about five hours, including my piano and my glass display cabinet. Not a single item was damaged in transit. When they arrived in Nashville, TN, they unloaded everything into the rooms I specified, helped me set up my bed frame so I had a place to sleep, and even moved my refrigerator into the kitchen and leveled it. The final cost was $3,500 — exactly what was quoted. Stevens Van Lines saved me on what could have been a terrible day. Terrence Thomas

Overall a really positive experience with Stevens Van Lines. The movers were careful, professional, and worked efficiently. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that the truck arrived about twenty minutes late, but the crew made up for it with their speed once they got started. Frankie, the crew chief, was apologetic about the delay and kept the team moving at a good pace. Everything arrived in perfect condition and the final price was exactly as quoted — $3,100 for my two-bedroom move from Washington, DC to Columbus, OH. They wrapped all my furniture, were respectful of my home, and placed everything in the right rooms at delivery. I would definitely use Stevens Van Lines again and recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable moving company. Isabella Brooks
After being burned by a different moving company last year, I was extremely cautious about who I hired for my move from Virginia Beach, VA to Miami, FL. I did extensive research, read dozens of reviews, and ultimately chose Stevens Van Lines based on their consistently high ratings and transparent pricing. That decision paid off in every possible way. The office staff was responsive from day one — they answered all my questions, provided a detailed binding estimate, and never pressured me into buying services I did not need. On moving day, Luis and his three-person team arrived at 8:30 AM and got straight to work. I was particularly impressed by how they handled my specialty items. I have a vintage pinball machine that weighs over 300 pounds, and Luis knew exactly how to secure it for transport. He used furniture sliders to get it out of my basement, wrapped it in multiple layers of moving blankets, and strapped it securely to the wall of the truck. They also took great care with my king-size bed frame, disassembling it carefully and bagging all the hardware. The drive to Miami, FL took about a day and a half, and the driver checked in with me regularly. When they arrived, the unloading was just as careful. Total cost was $3,900, within $50 of the original estimate. This is what a professional moving experience should look like. Stevens Van Lines has restored my faith in moving companies. Mason Stewart
The crew chief was fantastic — kept everything organized and made sure I was happy at every step. The whole team followed his lead. Great experience from beginning to end.
These guys were phenomenal. Showed up early, worked fast, and not a single item was damaged. The crew lead walked through everything with me before and after. I was blown away by the professionalism.
Good movers who clearly know what they are doing at Stevens Van Lines. They packed everything carefully and loaded the truck efficiently. The only small issue was that a bolt went missing during the disassembly of my bed frame, but Carlos apologized and replaced it on the spot from a hardware kit they carry. That kind of preparedness says a lot about the company. My move from Houston, TX to San Diego, CA went smoothly and cost $2,900. Would use Stevens Van Lines again. Amelia Edwards
As a military family, we have moved eleven times in the last twenty years. Our recent move from Las Vegas, NV to Los Angeles, CA with Stevens Van Lines was, hands down, the best moving experience we have ever had. Ray was our crew chief, and he ran the operation like a seasoned logistics officer. He arrived with a pre-loaded inventory sheet on a tablet, walked through our house room by room, and tagged every item with a numbered sticker. Every item was accounted for at pickup and at delivery — nothing was lost. The crew packed our kitchen with surgical precision. Every dish was wrapped individually, glasses went into cell boxes, and our cast iron cookware was stacked carefully. Ray personally handled my husband's gun safe — a 400-pound beast that most movers refuse to touch. He had the right equipment, took his time, and got it out without damaging a single door frame. The truck arrived in Los Angeles, CA on the exact date promised, and the delivery crew worked with the same efficiency. The total cost was $4,800 for a full-service, four-bedroom move with packing included. If you are a military family looking for a mover who respects your belongings and your time, call Stevens Van Lines. Cynthia Scott
The move went smoothly for the most part. A couple of boxes were mislabeled but the crew fixed it right away. Overall a great experience, I would recommend them.
Used them for a local move and was happy with the result. The guys were strong, careful, and quick. I just wish the booking process had been smoother. Overall I would recommend them.
Great service from a friendly and hardworking crew at Stevens Van Lines. They wrapped all my furniture carefully and handled my fragile boxes with extra attention. There was a minor communication delay with the dispatch office on the morning of the move, but Diego and the actual movers were excellent and more than made up for it. Everything was delivered on time and in great shape from Fresno, CA to Baltimore, MD. The price was competitive at $2,700 and there were no hidden fees. I would happily book Stevens Van Lines again for my next move. Solid four stars. Antonio Gutierrez

Best customer service I have experienced in years. From the first quote call to post-delivery follow-up, they treated me like I mattered. The move itself was flawless.
