Hercules Movers

The best money I have ever spent on a move. The crew was efficient, friendly, and incredibly careful. My wine collection and artwork arrived in perfect condition. Truly grateful.

From packing to delivery, every step was handled with professionalism. The team wrapped my flat screen TVs with custom padding. Nothing was scratched or dented. Amazing service.

Moving cross-country is always stressful, but Hercules Movers made my relocation from Fort Worth, TX to Denver, CO an absolute breeze. I got quotes from five different companies and Hercules Movers was the most competitive on price at around $4,500 for my full three-bedroom household, and they were the only ones that sent a representative for an in-person estimate. On moving day, a four-person crew led by Mike arrived fifteen minutes early and immediately got to work. Each team member had a specific role, and they communicated constantly to make sure everything was handled efficiently. Mike took personal responsibility for wrapping my 65-inch TV, my glass coffee table, and my wife's piano, making sure each was fully protected for the long haul. They loaded the truck with incredible precision — Mike explained that proper loading prevents shifting during transit. When my belongings arrived in Denver, CO six days later, everything was in perfect condition. The delivery crew was just as professional — they called ahead, arrived on schedule, and unloaded everything with the same level of care. The entire process was seamless and the final cost matched the estimate perfectly. If you are moving long-distance, call Hercules Movers. Matthew Powell

As a military family, we have moved eleven times in the last twenty years. Our recent move from Washington, DC to Boston, MA with Hercules Movers was, hands down, the best moving experience we have ever had. Victor was our crew chief, and he ran the operation like a seasoned logistics officer. He arrived with a pre-loaded inventory sheet on a tablet, walked through our house room by room, and tagged every item with a numbered sticker. Every item was accounted for at pickup and at delivery — nothing was lost. The crew packed our kitchen with surgical precision. Every dish was wrapped individually, glasses went into cell boxes, and our cast iron cookware was stacked carefully. Victor personally handled my husband's gun safe — a 400-pound beast that most movers refuse to touch. He had the right equipment, took his time, and got it out without damaging a single door frame. The truck arrived in Boston, MA on the exact date promised, and the delivery crew worked with the same efficiency. The total cost was $4,800 for a full-service, four-bedroom move with packing included. Moving is ranked as one of the most stressful life events, but after my experience with Hercules Movers moving me from Washington, DC to Tucson, AZ, I think that ranking needs to be revisited. The entire process was so smooth and well-organized that I actually enjoyed the experience. Jamal and his crew arrived at 8:00 AM and they were all business — in the best way possible. They came in, assessed the situation, and created a game plan on the spot. They designated one person to handle the kitchen, one to handle the bedrooms, and Jamal took charge of the living room and all the large furniture. They moved in perfect synchronization, calling out to each other as they passed in the hallway. My reclining sofa, which I was sure would not fit through the front door, was expertly maneuvered by Jamal using furniture sliders and a rotating technique. At the new place in Tucson, AZ, they were just as meticulous. They protected my new floors with cardboard runners, padded the door frames, and placed every item exactly where I pointed. They reassembled my bed frame, my desk, and my bookshelves, and took all the packing materials away. The cost was $2,800 for a one-bedroom long-distance move, very competitive. Hercules Movers is worth every penny. Mason Parker

My family and I just completed our move from San Francisco, CA to El Paso, TX with Hercules Movers, and I felt compelled to write this review because the service was genuinely exceptional. Moving with three kids under the age of ten is chaotic enough, but the crew made the physical part of the move completely painless. Paulie was the crew lead, and he was fantastic with my kids — he cracked jokes, let them "help" carry light boxes, and kept the mood light. But these guys are serious professionals. They wrapped every piece of furniture in quilted moving blankets and secured them with stretch wrap. My leather sectional sofa came out without a single mark. They took apart my kids' bunk beds, labeled every piece, and reassembled them perfectly at the new house. The truck was loaded with incredible efficiency — Paulie told me he has been loading trucks for over ten years, and it showed. Delivery happened exactly when they said it would, and the crew in El Paso, TX was just as good. They worked around my toddler's nap schedule and even offered to help me set up my nursery furniture. The final bill was $4,300, exactly as quoted. Not one item was broken, scratched, or lost. If you want a moving company that treats your family and your belongings with genuine care, Hercules Movers is the one. Anthony Richardson

Hercules Movers did a solid job moving our three-bedroom apartment from Jacksonville, FL to Memphis, TN. The crew was polite, worked hard, and took care with our belongings. A couple of boxes got slightly dented in transit but nothing inside was damaged. The price was competitive and there were no hidden fees. Hector, the foreman, was organized and kept everything on track. I would recommend Hercules Movers to friends and family without hesitation. Total cost was $3,400. Good value for the quality of service. Sean Adams

Good movers who clearly know what they are doing at Hercules Movers. They packed everything carefully and loaded the truck efficiently. The only small issue was that a bolt went missing during the disassembly of my bed frame, but Mike apologized and replaced it on the spot from a hardware kit they carry. That kind of preparedness says a lot about the company. My move from Portland, OR to Orlando, FL went smoothly and cost $2,900. Would use Hercules Movers again. Brandon Rivera

The estimate was spot-on with no hidden fees at the end. The movers were polite and efficient. They finished a three-bedroom apartment in under five hours. Incredibly impressive.

Had a complicated move with a storage unit stop in between. They coordinated everything perfectly. Not a single hiccup. This company clearly knows what they are doing.

I will keep it simple: Hercules Movers is the only moving company I will ever use again. My move from San Francisco, CA to Tampa, FL was supposed to be a nightmare — I was selling my house, the buyer was pushing for a quick close, and I had not finished packing when moving day arrived. But Tony and his crew showed up, took one look at the chaos, and immediately took control. They brought extra boxes and packing supplies, and within thirty minutes they had organized my partially-packed rooms into a system. Tony assigned two team members to finish packing my kitchen while he and another crew member started loading the already-boxed items. They worked in parallel and it was incredibly efficient. Despite the last-minute nature of my move, they never once made me feel bad about not being ready. Tony just said, "Don't worry, we've got you," and they absolutely did. They loaded my entire three-bedroom house in about five hours, including my piano and my glass display cabinet. Not a single item was damaged in transit. When they arrived in Tampa, FL, they unloaded everything into the rooms I specified, helped me set up my bed frame so I had a place to sleep, and even moved my refrigerator into the kitchen and leveled it. The final cost was $3,500 — exactly what was quoted. Hercules Movers saved me on what could have been a terrible day. Amy Robinson

Solid experience. The foreman was organized and kept things moving. I had a lot of stuff and they handled it well. Would probably use them again for my next move.

Very impressed with how organized they were. Every box was labeled and placed in the right room. No damage, no drama. Exactly what you want on moving day.

Best customer service I have experienced in years. From the first quote call to post-delivery follow-up, they treated me like I mattered. The move itself was flawless.

Really good movers. Hardworking guys who got the job done. They were a bit slow on the stairs but no complaints about how they treated my stuff. Would use again.

Reliable service at a fair price. The crew was polite, worked hard, and finished faster than expected. Communication from the office could be a bit better, but the actual move was great.
