Square Cow Movers

Used them for a local move and was happy with the result. The guys were strong, careful, and quick. I just wish the booking process had been smoother. Overall I would recommend them.

Hired these guys last minute and they still pulled off an amazing move. Very grateful for the quick response and great attitude. Highly recommend.

The move went smoothly for the most part. A couple of boxes were mislabeled but the crew fixed it right away. Overall a great experience, I would recommend them.

Very happy with how my move went. The crew was professional and efficient. I appreciated the upfront pricing. Slight hiccup with scheduling but they resolved it quickly.

I am writing this review because I want everyone to know how incredible Square Cow Movers is. My move from Brooklyn, NY to Jacksonville, FL was handled with a level of professionalism that I did not know existed in the moving industry. Junior, the crew chief, called me the night before to confirm the arrival time and answer any last-minute questions. The team showed up at exactly 8 AM in a clean, well-maintained truck. They introduced themselves, shook my hand, and asked me to walk them through the house. I have a lot of fragile items — crystal vases, framed artwork, a grandfather clock — and Junior assured me they would take extra care with each one. Every fragile item was individually wrapped in packing paper and then bubble-wrapped before being placed in a double-walled box. My grandfather clock was padded so heavily it looked like it was wearing a winter coat. The crew loaded my entire two-bedroom apartment in about three hours and did a final walkthrough. Delivery in Jacksonville, FL happened two days later, right on schedule. The unloading crew was equally impressive — careful, respectful, and quick. They laid down runners on my hardwood floors and corner guards on the door frames. I inspected every item and found zero damage. The bill was exactly as quoted: $3,450, no hidden charges. I have already recommended Square Cow Movers to three coworkers. Patrick Gonzalez

Moving is ranked as one of the most stressful life events, but after my experience with Square Cow Movers moving me from Sacramento, CA to Fort Worth, TX, I think that ranking needs to be revisited. The entire process was so smooth and well-organized that I actually enjoyed the experience. Victor and his crew arrived at 8:00 AM and they were all business — in the best way possible. They came in, assessed the situation, and created a game plan on the spot. They designated one person to handle the kitchen, one to handle the bedrooms, and Victor took charge of the living room and all the large furniture. They moved in perfect synchronization, calling out to each other as they passed in the hallway. My reclining sofa, which I was sure would not fit through the front door, was expertly maneuvered by Victor using furniture sliders and a rotating technique. At the new place in Fort Worth, TX, they were just as meticulous. They protected my new floors with cardboard runners, padded the door frames, and placed every item exactly where I pointed. They reassembled my bed frame, my desk, and my bookshelves, and took all the packing materials away. The cost was $2,800 for a one-bedroom long-distance move, very competitive. Square Cow Movers is worth every penny. Mark Roberts

The entire team was incredibly respectful of our home and belongings. They wore shoe covers inside, laid down floor protection, and cleaned up after themselves. Exceptional.

After being burned by a different moving company last year, I was extremely cautious about who I hired for my move from Seattle, WA to Tampa, FL. I did extensive research, read dozens of reviews, and ultimately chose Square Cow Movers based on their consistently high ratings and transparent pricing. That decision paid off in every possible way. The office staff was responsive from day one — they answered all my questions, provided a detailed binding estimate, and never pressured me into buying services I did not need. On moving day, Andre and his three-person team arrived at 8:30 AM and got straight to work. I was particularly impressed by how they handled my specialty items. I have a vintage pinball machine that weighs over 300 pounds, and Andre knew exactly how to secure it for transport. He used furniture sliders to get it out of my basement, wrapped it in multiple layers of moving blankets, and strapped it securely to the wall of the truck. They also took great care with my king-size bed frame, disassembling it carefully and bagging all the hardware. The drive to Tampa, FL took about a day and a half, and the driver checked in with me regularly. When they arrived, the unloading was just as careful. Total cost was $3,900, within $50 of the original estimate. This is what a professional moving experience should look like. Square Cow Movers has restored my faith in moving companies. Good movers who clearly know what they are doing at Square Cow Movers. They packed everything carefully and loaded the truck efficiently. The only small issue was that a bolt went missing during the disassembly of my bed frame, but Hector apologized and replaced it on the spot from a hardware kit they carry. That kind of preparedness says a lot about the company. My move from Seattle, WA to Fort Lauderdale, FL went smoothly and cost $2,900. Would use Square Cow Movers again. Charlotte Howard

Overall a really positive experience with Square Cow Movers. The movers were careful, professional, and worked efficiently. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that the truck arrived about twenty minutes late, but the crew made up for it with their speed once they got started. Dwight, the crew chief, was apologetic about the delay and kept the team moving at a good pace. Everything arrived in perfect condition and the final price was exactly as quoted — $3,100 for my two-bedroom move from New York, NY to Pittsburgh, PA. They wrapped all my furniture, were respectful of my home, and placed everything in the right rooms at delivery. I would definitely use Square Cow Movers again and recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable moving company. Nancy Collins

I was nervous about moving my elderly mother across state lines. They made it completely stress-free. The crew was patient, kind, and handled everything with the utmost care.

My family and I just completed our move from Richmond, VA to Staten Island, NY with Square Cow Movers, and I felt compelled to write this review because the service was genuinely exceptional. Moving with three kids under the age of ten is chaotic enough, but the crew made the physical part of the move completely painless. Andre was the crew lead, and he was fantastic with my kids — he cracked jokes, let them "help" carry light boxes, and kept the mood light. But these guys are serious professionals. They wrapped every piece of furniture in quilted moving blankets and secured them with stretch wrap. My leather sectional sofa came out without a single mark. They took apart my kids' bunk beds, labeled every piece, and reassembled them perfectly at the new house. The truck was loaded with incredible efficiency — Andre told me he has been loading trucks for over ten years, and it showed. Delivery happened exactly when they said it would, and the crew in Staten Island, NY was just as good. They worked around my toddler's nap schedule and even offered to help me set up my nursery furniture. The final bill was $4,300, exactly as quoted. Not one item was broken, scratched, or lost. If you want a moving company that treats your family and your belongings with genuine care, Square Cow Movers is the one. Sofia Wilson

Great service from a friendly and hardworking crew. Everything arrived safely. Minor communication delay with dispatch but the actual movers were excellent.

Hired these guys last minute and they still pulled off an amazing move. Very grateful for the quick response and great attitude. Highly recommend.

I recently moved from Fort Worth, TX to Phoenix, AZ with Square Cow Movers and I cannot say enough good things about them. From the very first phone call, their customer service team was responsive, patient, and completely transparent about pricing. They gave me a binding estimate that did not change on moving day — no hidden fees, no surprise charges. The crew, led by Junior, showed up right on time at 8 AM with a clean truck and all the equipment they needed. Junior introduced himself and his team, laid down floor protectors in my hallway, and immediately got to work wrapping every single piece of furniture in moving blankets and stretch wrap. I was particularly worried about my grandmother's antique dining table, and Junior personally made sure it was padded with extra blankets and custom cardboard corner protectors. My entire two-bedroom apartment was loaded in under three hours, and Junior did a final walk-through with me to confirm nothing was left behind. During the drive, the driver called me with updates on his ETA. When they arrived at my new place in Phoenix, AZ, they unloaded everything just as carefully. Every box was placed in the correct room, my furniture was reassembled, and they even helped position my couch exactly where I wanted it. Not a single item was damaged. The final bill was exactly what was quoted — $3,200. Square Cow Movers is the most professional moving company I have ever worked with. Rachel Cox

Best customer service I have experienced in years. From the first quote call to post-delivery follow-up, they treated me like I mattered. The move itself was flawless.

As a military family, we have moved eleven times in the last twenty years. Our recent move from Seattle, WA to Richmond, VA with Square Cow Movers was, hands down, the best moving experience we have ever had. Benny was our crew chief, and he ran the operation like a seasoned logistics officer. He arrived with a pre-loaded inventory sheet on a tablet, walked through our house room by room, and tagged every item with a numbered sticker. Every item was accounted for at pickup and at delivery — nothing was lost. The crew packed our kitchen with surgical precision. Every dish was wrapped individually, glasses went into cell boxes, and our cast iron cookware was stacked carefully. Benny personally handled my husband's gun safe — a 400-pound beast that most movers refuse to touch. He had the right equipment, took his time, and got it out without damaging a single door frame. The truck arrived in Richmond, VA on the exact date promised, and the delivery crew worked with the same efficiency. The total cost was $4,800 for a full-service, four-bedroom move with packing included. If you are a military family looking for a mover who respects your belongings and your time, call Square Cow Movers. Mia Lee
