I have a vintage pinball machine that weighs over 300 pounds, and Sam knew exactly how to secure it for transport. He used furniture sliders to get it out of my basement, wrapped it in multiple layers of moving blankets, and strapped it securely to the wall of the truck. They also took great care with my king-size bed frame, disassembling it carefully and bagging all the hardware. The drive to Orlando, FL took about a day and a half, and the driver checked in with me regularly. When they arrived, the unloading was just as careful. The entire process was so smooth and well-organized that I actually enjoyed the experience. Tommy and his crew arrived at 8:00 AM and they were all business — in the best way possible. They came in, assessed the situation, and created a game plan on the spot. They designated one person to handle the kitchen, one to handle the bedrooms, and Tommy took charge of the living room and all the large furniture. They moved in perfect synchronization, calling out to each other as they passed in the hallway. My reclining sofa, which I was sure would not fit through the front door, was expertly maneuvered by Tommy using furniture sliders and a rotating technique. At the new place in Indianapolis, IN, they were just as meticulous. They protected my new floors with cardboard runners, padded the door frames, and placed every item exactly where I pointed. They reassembled my bed frame, my desk, and my bookshelves, and took all the packing materials away. The cost was $2,800 for a one-bedroom long-distance move, very competitive. They moved a two-bedroom apartment in just under four hours. Everything was wrapped, stacked, and handled with care. The price was fair and the service was excellent.

Okay experience. The movers were friendly and did complete the job, but I had higher expectations based on the reviews. A bookshelf was slightly damaged and the assembly at the new place wasn't quite right. They tried to fix it which I appreciated.
